Warranty on the Jewelry
We provide a one-year warranty upon presentation of the purchase receipt. The warranty includes repairs and does not cover breakage, loss of plating, scratches, or bent chains or cables. We recommend reading our care instructions to help you enjoy your jewelry for years to come.
Jewelry Exchange
If you purchased a piece of jewelry or received one as a gift and would like to exchange it, you may do so within one week of receiving the item. You’re welcome to visit my studio to view our selection and complete the exchange. Exchanges can also be arranged without visiting the studio, subject to a delivery fee. Jewelry Return
As all jewelry pieces are handmade and made to order, returns are not accepted. Exchanges are available within one week of receiving the item, provided it has not been used, is in perfect condition, and is in its original packaging. You’re welcome to visit my studio to view our selection and complete the exchange. Exchanges can also be arranged without visiting the studio, subject to a delivery fee. Payment Options
You can pay by credit card, Bit, PayPal, or bank transfer. Bank transfer and Bit payments are not available directly through the website. If you would like to use one of these payment methods, please contact us by phone or via the website chat.
